During and after Berklee College of Music (87-91)Rick has been involved in many original projects. While the rest of his band members would hang in the lounge after tracking their parts Rick would always stay in the control room and lean over the producers/engineers shoulder and ask questions to learn as much as he could and help out in any way he can . The past 16 yrs Rick began to build his own studio and record his own music and bands he was in. Along the way he has had the pleasure of working with Pete de Boer, studio owner and producer at World Famous Studio , Ron Saint Germain Producer and studio owner at Saints Place, MCA recording artist Spread Eagle, Jim Sabella at Sabella Studios , Chubby Checker, Constantine Maroulis (American idol star) Jeff Fabb ( Black Label Society) and many more. In 2016 Rick opened his own place, BLOOD ORANGE SOUND STUDIO (BOSS) and teaches guitar ,bass and drums. His goal his to give his clients a product that captures their artistic view musicaly and sonically without compromise.
