Our pricing is transparent and based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning needed. We provide free estimates before any work begins, so there are no surprises. We occasionally offer discounts for first-time customers, recurring services, referrals, and bundled cleanings. Additional fees may apply for heavy-duty cleaning, same day or last minute bookings, or special requests. All pricing is discussed and approved upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your needs through Thumbtack, phone, or text and gather basic details about the space. Next, we provide a free estimate or schedule a walk-through if needed. Once approved, we confirm the service date and arrive on time with all necessary equipment and supplies. After the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough to ensure you’re satisfied. Our goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.

Our team is trained in professional residential, commercial, and post construction cleaning practices. We follow proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and use professional-grade equipment and products.
