Bledar and his team did stellar work for our house. They helped us remove two wall AC units and make the vinyl siding and inside drywall good again. We can barely notice the difference between the old and the new siding.
They also helped us with various things around the house, removing and replacing a mouldy wall in the basement, removing an old unused radiator, installing a shower curtain on a tiled wall, fixing a damaged wall and reinstalling a baby gate. A lot of contractors I've contacted do not do all these things together, but the fact that Bledar and his team are willing to help us with these many different fixes around the house made our life a whole lot easier.
He involved the right people with the required knowledge and experience, such as the plumber for the radiator removal. This gave us a peace of mind that the work is going to be done properly.
Bledar was punctual and speedy in his work. His price was fair. He did all the above work in one day. I will 100% recommend him and his team and will use his service again in the future.

If you’re looking for a contractor who not only gets the job done right but does so with enthusiasm and professionalism, look no further than Island Eagle Contracting! I had a small deck on the front of my house that was rotting away, and after calling around for pricing, I went with Island Eagle despite not normally choosing the lowest bid. Why? They offered a fair price and, more importantly, were eager to take on the job!
From the start, they kept their word. We agreed on everything via text, and they stuck to every detail. Although they were running a little late (90 min), they were courteous enough to send a quick text to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, they came prepared with the right tools and a can-do attitude.
They worked so neatly! They carefully removed the old boards, stacking them in a temporary location they asked me about beforehand. Everything they brought to the job was top-notch, with no damaged materials installed. The wood was all high-quality, and every cut was done with precision. My deck is a rounded, kidney-shaped design, and they nailed those curves with perfect, clean cuts. It looks amazing!
Even though it was a long Sunday for them, they powered through and finished the job with a smile. They cleaned up thoroughly and even showed me pictures of some of their other impressive work. I can’t recommend Island Eagle Contracting enough! If you’re looking for hardworking, family-oriented folks who offer fair prices and a job well done, definitely give them a call.
