- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to know what the job is, I prefer to speak on the phone that interact through apps/text. I can see the seriousness of a customer. As well as the customer seeing my knowledge and passion for my industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a helper for a friend, started picking the trade up quickly and realized this was my calling. I’m a great people person and know how to cater to every customers needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically deal with residential and commercial customers. I can cater to everyone’s needs and always leave with a happy new customer.
