Today was the second time that technician Rich came to my home to either install handrails in the bathroom and bedroom or assemble a trapez as was the case today. Rich was courteous, engaging, propmt, professional and takes pride in his work as is evident with the sturdy rails and trapez. He also goes out of his way to thank me for serving our great nation as an Army Iraq Veteran. Greg the phone representative is also engaging and filled of positive energy. I highly recommend this company for any o your medical adaptive needs.

our experience with next level accessibility was very satisfactory. ira the sales rep was prompt in his coming by and very clear in explaining all the information involved in purchasing the stair chair. alex came and installed the chair and explained it's usage in a clear manner and installation was just as advertised. thank you. sandra walsh

Kudos to Next Level!!! The care, timely delivery and personal touch of Rich in my families time of need was superb!! Rich spent time explaining every detail of my 87 year old dad's hospital bed. What a burden lifted for the family. And what we'll never forget, ...while carting boxes in the house, he stopped to help a family member get groceries int the house. Now that's called SERVICE !!!
