Hello my name is Cassandra I want to say I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH JOSHUA GUTIERREZ from SOLUTION🏘️HOUSE! I had two storm/screen doors that needed hanging which I purchased in the month of June and still have them in my garage until yesterday July 19th I couldn't find anyone to hang them. I can of course be site THUMBTACK and figured I'll try to find someone here that will hang them for a reasonable price. Joshua responded right away and was very professional we texted one another and I told him what I needed he gave me a price but it was a little too steep oh, you work with me and we agreed on a different price that work for my pocketbook. Then suddenly I lost my nephew in a very horrific car accident last week and couldn't afford the price that was agreed upon, by this time I had asked if it would be okay if I called him he agreed. By this time I felt we built up a rapport. Joshua worked with me and was very patient after going back and forth hornet price it finally came to the date,he knew how badly I wanted and basically needed to have these doors hung so he agree to come on a Sunday when most folks are resting. When we finally met in person it was like I knew him already oh, the same person I was conversing with all this time was the same person I met. He was very humble and respectful got straight to work and didn't stop until he was done. In contrast I had a fence put in they were five workers none of them interacted with me the homeowner and left a mess from cement to very dry sand and rocks and had the nerve to dump the sand and rocks in the corner of my backyard. Joshua on the other hand what's very tidy cleaned up after himself and basically it was like there was no Trace that he was ever here!! He was very kind, North Pole, humble, efficient, thoughtful and even helpful with other projects I had questions about. I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors that may need a contractor and yes I will definitely be calling him again and again. As I said I wanted storm doors for 20 years but something always got in the way. Well I got them, have them installed and I'm very very satisfied to say the least. Throughout the ordeal with my nephew Joshua was very empathetic, sympathetic and heard me and listen to me and took less than what he deserved very fine work and to this I will be very grateful. So Joshua, I think you again and again 1000% for a job well done not only for a beautiful job but also your beautiful personality... Cassandra....

If I could give 6 stars I would. First good sign- they showed up not just on time but early. Very professional and polite. He replaced an interior door, took off molding and replaced it with new. Nothing in our house is level but he managed to put this door in perfect. Great quality work and I will keep their contact info for future projects.

I graduated high school did a semester of college and then decided to join the carpenters union did a 4 year apprenticeship and graduated 3rd in my class with a 96 as a final grade have been building America ever since I have worked in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk
How did you get started doing this type of work?
when I feel in love at 19 I became a father by 21 and never looked back. I have happily been a carpenter ever since 2005
