- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a mobile notary, you will pay us for a travel fee and then each signature we are notarizing. We have set schedules for loan closings and travel is based on distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we like to know what we are notarizing beforehand so we can bring the correct forms. For example, if you want a letter notarized, we will bring an achknowledgement form to attach to it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes in loan closings and member of a number of notary organization.
