Responded right away and really helped me out when I was short of time to get a notary on a weekend. Highly recommended! I had contacted Nassau Suffolk Notary because it was difficult to find a notary in my area & wanted to limit unnecessary trips searching for one during the Corona Virus. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a mobile notary, you will pay us for a travel fee and then each signature we are notarizing. We have set schedules for loan closings and travel is based on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we like to know what we are notarizing beforehand so we can bring the correct forms. For example, if you want a letter notarized, we will bring an achknowledgement form to attach to it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes in loan closings and member of a number of notary organization.
