Came in to training with a specific goal and Josh showed up every session ready to work and got me to where I wanted to be. Josh was very professional and full of knowledge. JD coaching has been so helpful. They have been so fast with their responses, professional and extremely attentive. I’ve been training with JD Coaching and it has been a great experience. He pushes me hard, but he also knows how to motivate you mentally. I am a fairly new client and am very happy with my experience with JD Coaching. I have been working with Josh who is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. There is great text communication between the team and I, and they are very accommodating to your schedule. It’s a breath of fresh air to work with someone who is enthusiastic and loves what they do. I am a middle age (or slightly higher 🤷🏻♂️) male and I decided to hire a trainer to ease me back into working out after a several year hiatus, as well as to keep me motivated and accountable. As for their fee, I feel it is an outstanding value for the quality of services they provide. Josh is an amazing personal trainer and I highly recommend JD Coaching.

Josh has been an outstanding plyometric trainer for my son. He communicates well, is always prepared and makes the most of every minute of each session. From the moment training starts, he keeps things focused, productive and engaging.
He knows how to keep my son motivated, interested and challenged while making the workouts enjoyable. My son actually looks forward to his training sessions and is always sore afterward - in the best way possible!
Most importantly, we’ve been seeing real results on the field during his games. The improvement in his performance, strength and athleticism has been noticeable.
