Josh has been an outstanding plyometric trainer for my son. He communicates well, is always prepared and makes the most of every minute of each session. From the moment training starts, he keeps things focused, productive and engaging.
He knows how to keep my son motivated, interested and challenged while making the workouts enjoyable. My son actually looks forward to his training sessions and is always sore afterward - in the best way possible!

Started working with coach Josh/JD coaching like 2-3 months ago (once per week). In that time I’ve lost roughly 20lbs and gained a ton of muscle mass. My arms and shoulders are the biggest they have ever been in my life. I highly recommend Jd coaching to anyone that wants to get in shape.
