- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on your dogs coat and coat condition, breed or size and in some cases the pets behavior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your pets needs and your style wishes when you come in and I will give you a pick up time. Then, off I go with your wonderful pet!!! Payment for the service is done upon your return. I require proof of the rabies vaccination and recommend bordatella to prevent kennel cough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to groom working side by side with the best groomers our area offered. Way back then there really weren't schools for it. Since then I have made it a priority to attend trade shows and seminars to stay current on all that the industry has to offer and to remain engaged and relevant. Its very important to me to continue to learn and grow as a groomer.
