I have a very ornery old cat with long hair. Jean did an excellent job grooming him and shaved him to look like an adorable little lion!! It’s hard to find somebody who will groom a cat, especially one as temperamental as mine. She also did my other (much better behaved) cat last year, and did a great job as well. This was my third time going to her and I will definitely go back again!

Jean was great. She trimmed my 2 cats nails quickly, efficiently, was very kind & gave me great tips. We were done in 15 minutes. And shes right down the street from me. Shes fantastic!!

From the minute you meet Jean, you know that you've brought your pet to the right place. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY when I saw Izzy - an above average size Sheltie. His coat was so silky smooth and shinny, his butt fuzz was gone but not cut, and he came into the waiting room with a bigger ego then he had coming in ! Jean pays attention to every single detail, from the hair on his feet to his beautiful tail. Jean was very reasonably priced even cheap for her skill and warmth that she showed. Definitely going back...

Hobbes was not enthralled with his heavy coat that was difficult to clean and maintain. After getting groomed, he was more confident, happy, and he smelled beautiful. Excellent job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on your dogs coat and coat condition, breed or size and in some cases the pets behavior.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your pets needs and your style wishes when you come in and I will give you a pick up time. Then, off I go with your wonderful pet!!! Payment for the service is done upon your return.
I require proof of the rabies vaccination and recommend bordatella to prevent kennel cough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to groom working side by side with the best groomers our area offered. Way back then there really weren't schools for it. Since then I have made it a priority to attend trade shows and seminars to stay current on all that the industry has to offer and to remain engaged and relevant. Its very important to me to continue to learn and grow as a groomer.
