Tammy was a wonderful guide into my yoga practice. Her guidance through the flow was both effortless and precise, I barely had to stop my own practice to look at the screen. She does so many positive affirmations too! I love her classes, she’s a gift!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $120 per hour for one on one session in person, $75 for sessions via Zoom. These can be on a sliding scale, if need be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Zoom Consultation and maybe some gentle movement, only if the client feels comfortable. Breath work. A short chat about what has brought you to seek healing or fitness in this way, what you are looking for, whatever can make the experience as personal and as helpful for you and your wellness journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified 200 hr. Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and My Vinyasa Practice Meditation Guide Certified MM Curtis Institute of Music BM Juilliard School
