- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is higher on thumbtack as we are billed for every customer contact anywhere from 15-50$ and each customer is generally sent to 3 businesses at once. This can become expensive for a business if many customers aren't scheduling work and as such our prices on thumbtack have to be higher to account for the advertising costs. I have over 7 years experience in high end customer home construction and over 9 years of experience in Pressure Washing and home maintenance services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't reach out via thumbtack unless you are ready to schedule work, pricie shopping or contacting us just to ask a question still costs the business 20-50$ lead fee regardless of your intent
