What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is higher on thumbtack as we are billed for every customer contact anywhere from 15-50$ and each customer is generally sent to 3 businesses at once. This can become expensive for a business if many customers aren't scheduling work and as such our prices on thumbtack have to be higher to account for the advertising costs. Don't reach out via thumbtack unless you are ready to schedule work, pricie shopping or contacting us just to ask a question still costs the business 20-50$ lead fee regardless of your intent
