already know what needed to be done. He changed the circuit breaker only thing is he charged me for essentially a new one but I'm not sure if it was new though usually these things old or new doesn't really matter... he was mid priced but was one of the first to respond so went with him and more importantly carries around various electrical inventory, unlike others who have to go to hardware store then come back.
