It was a wonderful as well as convenient experience. The groomer was very friendly, had patience with my three older schnauzers and did a wonderful job on each. they looked and smelled delightful after their grooming. We had a great experience with our groomer John. The dispatch team was incredibly responsive and thorough, the mobile grooming setup was so incredibly convenient, and our 2 cats came back so fresh and happy after merely an hour and a half. Our entire building has now decided to have a groom party for all our cats on a regular basis, and we are so happy to have found this wonderful service!

Joe was prompt on time very professional and very polite. I did want my Yorkshire Terrier to remain with his long hair Joe cut his hair as if he was a regular Yorkie though I’m okay and satisfied with how my dog looks like I will just let his hair grown out and have it just trimmed next time and I will have to be on top of his grooming but overall Joe is definitely a professional and it was worth the money I paid thank you Joe
