We had a great experience with our groomer John. The dispatch team was incredibly responsive and thorough, the mobile grooming setup was so incredibly convenient, and our 2 cats came back so fresh and happy after merely an hour and a half. Our entire building has now decided to have a groom party for all our cats on a regular basis, and we are so happy to have found this wonderful service!
