I could not have asked for a better experience with my very first video project, an "about me" video for my consulting business. First, Joel was punctual and very patient during the shoot. I thought I knew my lines, but I kept making mistakes and he was very helpful, even providing ideas about making my script even better, which I really appreciated. He also accommodated my schedule change when I had an emergency on the day we were supposed to start. The first cut was great, and the editing process went very smoothly as well - he was just as patient with my requests. I am very pleased with the final cut and would use Joco Media again in the future!
