What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically quote projects with flat fee prices. If we continue to work together after more than one project, I can provide a discount on a per project basis. Any printing and assemblage of projects will be an additional cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Illustration. I have also taken additional classes in Web Design and Calligraphy.
