Dan did a great job repairing my clothes dryer that was making an awful scraping noise. He arrived on time with all the parts and tools he needed. He first explained how he was going to open the top and front to get at the problem. He was happy to be watched and explained each step as he made the repair. His initial diagnosis was correct. Not only did he replace the belt, but he also switched in all of the new parts in the service package for the old parts that were aging but not yet a problem. Dan is very friendly and happy to answer any questions as he worked. I intend to hire him for other jobs in the future.
