Frank and his guys were very professional and polite. He did a great job for us, removing a half wall in loft area and installing a railing. Frank is very meticulous in the finish work he does. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a job to be done in your home.Mar 22, 2020Verified
I hired Frank to work on a lot of small projects around the house including the replacement of a door and doorway, replacement of a window, sealing walls to prevent water damage, bathroom fan installation, weather strip replacement, and more. Frank has a great work ethic, is very professional, and provides exceptional value. I plan to hire frank to overhaul my 2 story deck next.Jan 21, 2019Verified
Had a real bad plug in drain pipe from sink. I called Frank and he came gave us estimate. We thought the estimate was very good and said ok. He came back in 2 days started the job when he said he would and did a very professional job and he was little under his original estimate. If in future I need any other work done I will call Frank.Feb 6, 2019VerifiedFixer Frank’s Property Services, LLC's reply

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?- Carpenter’s Apprentice Program - Business, Management & Economics Degree (SUNY Empire State College)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I originally started working in this business as a carpenter’s helper during summers off from school. Eventually, I joined the carpenters apprenticeship program and worked as a commercial carpenter on several large projects. After a few years as a commercial carpenter, I started a residential remodeling business. Currently, I am focusing on smaller, “handy-man” type projects.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Be wary of providers who promise the lowest price. Often the best value for your dollar doesn’t mean the cheapest price. If a job is done properly the first time, it will save you time, money and aggravation.
