I have more than 20 years experience in the residential construction business.
I have performed all phases of residential home construction and remodeling including major additions and custom homes. I have a team of competent craftsmen who are both skilled and a pleasure to work with. We are happy to work on small remodeling projects as well as larger construction projects such as basement finishing, and kitchen and bath remodeling.
We are also a Temo Dealer and can provide high quality, custom operable pergolas, patio covers, sunrooms and retractable shades.

My husband and I hired Frank, The Home Pro, to do some electrical, plumbing and painting work on our new home. Not only has he been incredibly professional and clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of home improvement, but he has also been so kind. He has put up with tons of questions and has been excellent at teaching this new home owner every step of the way. He also recommended his Uncle and cousin for our painting work, as that is their primary focus and the paint job was time sensitive. They did an excellent job and were just as friendly. Both Frank and his family are reasonably priced and well worth the cost. We are so glad we hired The Home Pro!

I hired Frank to work on a lot of small projects around the house including the replacement of a door and doorway, replacement of a window, sealing walls to prevent water damage, bathroom fan installation, weather strip replacement, and more. Frank has a great work ethic, is very professional, and provides exceptional value. I plan to hire frank to overhaul my 2 story deck next.

Frank was good about laying out how he planned to complete the work and was good about letting me know if the plan changed. He was flexible when I asked for changes/modifications to the original agreement and was willing to address additional problems/concerns as the projects proceeded. I was particularly impressed with Frank's work ethic. He demonstrated a broad skillset in addition to his training as a carpenter; I engaged him to do multiple projects and he was able to handle them all skillfully. I am looking forward to working with Frank on future projects.

Frank and his guys were very professional and polite. He did a great job for us, removing a half wall in loft area and installing a railing. Frank is very meticulous in the finish work he does. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a job to be done in your home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started working in this business as a carpenter’s helper during summers off from school. Eventually, I joined the carpenters apprenticeship program and worked as a commercial carpenter on several large projects. After a few years as a commercial carpenter, I started a residential remodeling business. Currently, I am focusing on smaller, “handy-man” type projects.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be wary of providers who promise the lowest price. Often the best value for your dollar doesn’t mean the cheapest price. If a job is done properly the first time, it will save you time, money and aggravation.
