Very accommodating and professional. They came on a Sunday because I was having a house party the following weekend and wanted to have a fire in our fireplace. Nick made sure he left no ashes behind and he answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and I will have him back in the Spring to do more outside chimney repairs and pool side pavers.

Customer Service is what Home Service Experts Inc. exemplifies. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick, the owner and Chris. I scheduled an appointment with them after calling another company. The secretary at that company was unprofessional to the point that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not utilizing that company, afforded me the opportunity to avail myself of the services provided by Home Service Experts Inc. I called Home Service Experts Inc. and was promised an appointment the next day. Rose, the lady with whom I spoke with was extremely empathetic. She even called to inform me that Chris would arrive earlier than scheduled. His punctuality and professionalism were impressive. He explained what would be done, and got right to work. Unfortunately there was a squirrel in my chimney. this squirrel was not budging, so he was forced to smoke him out, but to no avail. He then called the owner Nick for advice. Not only was Chris given advice, but Nick came to my house to ensure that the job was handled properly. The level of service, which was provided, was impeccable. After finishing the job around 8:15 p.m. I was forced to call them back, as the squirrel did not vacate as previously thought. I could hardly believe it when the owner said he?d be right over. Both Nick and his associate returned at 10:15 that same night. After some coaxing, drilling, and more coaxing, they finally got the squirrel out at 11:30 at night. They cleaned up, said good night and left. Companies claim they have customer service. As a woman, I have been ripped off by many companies claiming to have just that. Saying your company has customer service and actually experiencing stellar service, are two different things. If you need quality workmanship, impeccable customer service, all at a fair price make sure your company of choice is Home Service Experts. I hope this review will save you from being disrespected and, or ripped off! They also installed a stainless steel liner that was quoted lower then any other company that come to my home. We offer FREE Estimates. We will beat any reasonable quote What sets us apart is the attention to detail and the clean and courteous manner of conducting business
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have customers call in regarding the project they are seeking and either offer a free estimate or a quote over the phone. We obtain all of their contact information and call them the day before the desired appointment as a reminder call. If the customer wishes, we will also call when the service technicians are on the way to there home.
