First of all, I love his blueprint so much. It was such a pleasure working with Juan. He is very efficient and easy to communicate with. Getting a permit is a long process, but he was very responsible at every step. I finally got the permit!

Mr. Medina responded immediately and was able to make time to see the property the week of Christmas when most people are already booked or ready to leave town for the holidays. Juan (Medina Engineering) is one of the most professional people that I have dealt with in recent years. He is very responsive from the start to finish. He arrived early to our appointment to take advantage of the daylight. He was fully compliant regarding the precautions for Covid-19. He did a very detailed inspection of my basement and the foundations of my house and the report that he produced was thorough which included detailed description and accompanying photos as well as recommendation on how to deal with the issues. As well as the report he took time to explain to me the issues clearly and the possible solutions. He delivered his report exceedingly fast as well as personally researching local companies that would be able to tackle my issues and made recommendation based on their technical ability, work history & customer satisfaction. In short he exceeded my expectation in terms of his knowledge and qualifications, professionalism, the quality of work as well as his attitude as a structural engineer. I would not hesitate to recommend Juan as a structural engineer or to use his services in future.
