Ralph from Dirty Ducks came by my home in Bayside today to provide an estimate. I was having a problem with excessive sweating in my ducts. Ralph inspected the ducts, inside and out, and advised that they were not dirty or moldy and did not require cleaning to resolve the problem. Instead, he suggested that I remove some water that had accumulated on the basement floor and get a dehumidifier. He offered to help with this, but suggested I could do it on my own and save the money! Ralph was friendly, honest, and helpful, and it was a pleasure to meet him. He spent about 20 minutes with me, and it did not result in a charge, which I would have happily paid. I would be happy to use Dirty Ducks in the future.

I would have given 10 stars if I could! Ralf is exactly what I needed to help to assemble my furniture. Professional and punctual, knew what he was doing, worked to assemble 3 pieces of furniture ( one closet, 1 storage queen size bed and vacuum holder) without taking any breaks. Cleaned up everything and helped to put stuff back in my room. I would definitely hire him again. Very happy customer.

So, I shopped around for an air duct cleaner and found Dirty Ducks who I was then contacted by the owner Ralph who was diligent to come over and inspect and spoke about what the service entails and the price was in ballpark with other service providers. But Ralph stood out from the rest. First, he is really nice guy and personable, but when he said he could accommodate my cleaning right away since I was getting other work done, he was able to do the job and did a great job. He took before and after pictures of the duct work and cleaned the grill plates, receptors a bunch of things that I was not even aware of. Do yourself a favor and use Dirty Ducks for you cleaning and you will be very happy.
