What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about your home and your cleaning needs. Most customers send photos or a short video so I can provide an accurate estimate. Once the price is approved, we schedule the service and confirm all the details beforehand. My team arrives with all the necessary supplies and equipment, and we work carefully to make sure you’re happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
