When working with a new customer, we start with a free consultation or inspection to assess the condition of your fireplace and chimney. We then explain our findings in detail and provide a clear, written estimate before any work begins. Once approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time and make sure to protect your home by keeping the work area clean and organized. After the job is complete, we walk you through the results, share maintenance tips, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to make the process easy, transparent, and hassle-free, while ensuring your fireplace and chimney are safe and working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed specialized training in fireplace and chimney inspection, cleaning, and repair, including proper safety procedures, ventilation standards, and masonry restoration techniques. We stay up to date with industry best practices and fire safety codes to ensure every job is done right and safely.
