What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will vary on current material and labor pricing. We do our best to be current and fair with our prices. As they say, "You get what you pay for."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our projects will start with designing process. Jake will create realistic 3D renderings and other visuals to test your likes and dislikes. After designing process, material picks and shopping will start! With the current lead times and material issues, we tend to not start any project until we gather all the materials. Which allows us to not waste any time and have empty days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are two brothers. John is an engineer which helps him a lot on our projects that involves load bearing walls. Jake is an interior designer who enjoys working on creating your dream home!
