We hired Craig and his crew to paint our two story great room, loft, and hallways. He came out to give us a quote on Thursday night and his crew was there bright and early Saturday morning! I was thrilled that they were able to schedule us so quickly, because we wanted to have the job done before family started arriving for the Thanksgiving holiday.
I was also impressed with the pricing. It was one of the lowest bids I received and Craig stuck to the original estimate he'd given me via Thumbtack before having seen the space in person.
They finished a HUGE job in just one day, which was great for us, as we had many other projects going on in the house at the same time.
I would say the cost of them working so quickly was the quality wasn't perfect, thus the 4 stars. There was a lot of paint spray/spatter on the floors that we've been cleaning up in the subsequent days. There are some edging areas around windows and along the ceiling line where it looks like only one coat was applied so you can see some brush streaking. But in general, for the quick turn around time, I think a little imperfection was to be expected.
Craig was great to work with. Very gracious and professional. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to friends and family. I would just caution that if you want a rush job, you'll get a rush job.
