- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We consider our pricing to be honest and fair! If we get to the project and see that a price can be adjusted we will always consult with the customer before charging for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have an honest assessment of the type of removal from the customer, we give an approximate price, and schedule your pick-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in this industry for about 10 years now, we have covered everything from hoarded homes, cluttered basements, as well as yard debris.
