They did a great job dealing with a virtually dead computer. Started the diagnostic at 9:30am and brought it back all fixed up at 10pm because I was going out of town the next morning. Great job, great service, great price.

Rich went the extra mile to replace a blown motherboard on my laptop. He was responsive, hunted for the part using his contacts, kept me informed about progress the whole way, and completed the job in a day which let me keep my business up and running. The best part - he delivered the laptop to me in one of the worst snowstorms of the year and made sure it was in 100% working order before he left. Highly recommended!
