Vinny was truly invaluable in this process that unbeknownst to both of us, grew into a hardware nightmare!! He wound up having to replace and old, faulty transformer that somehow burned out the existing and aging doorbell, to which he fortunately had in his truck. Then, another mishap occurred to where my Ring Video Doorbell device was somehow not recognizing my home’s Wi-Fi, so the Ring manufacturer had to replace it. Vinny was a man with integrity because even though he spent upwards to 4 hours with the issue not being resolved, he offered to return to my residence to install the newly replaced Ring Video device—at no charge—and worked with the Ring rep to ensure the doorbell did get recognized by the Ring device. If I have any less than positive comments, it’s I wish Vinny was more adept on the software technical side to the Ring app, but his integrity and overall transparency and good natured soul overwrote that small shortcoming! I would highly recommend Vinny!!
