20/10 I would HIGHLY recommend this biz! Here’s a little background story. I have 4 dogs. 1 we just got during quarantine and let’s just say we weren’t able to spay her in time of her first heat...needless to say I NEEDED the help. I called to inquire and Rich immediately reassured me that he’d be able to help my home from the havoc of the new pup (and other babies) also. I mean, just simply WOW. You never would have thought that I actually cleaned my home prior to their magic 😂 I’ve tried endlessly to steam clean my floors plenty, but my pup squeak of a machine was NO match for their processes to get the job done. The coloration alone of my carpets are like brand spanking new...let’s just say I can eat off the floor now!! I’m so grateful for this company! Try them out you won’t be disappointed ✅

Carpets in my rental space had stains and foul odor. After the cleaning the stains are gone and Department was left smelling fresh and clean. I was amazed. Definitely recommend this service to friend her family

Would recommend this to family and friends 100%. I spoke with Steph over the phone and she handled me with great care. She made the process quick and easy for me. As for the carpet cleaning service, they also did wonderful job removing all the stains in my carpet. Definitely going to keep on using fivestar carpet Cleaning in the future.

After researching various cleaning companies I decided to use Five Star. Not only were they reasonably priced, they did an outstanding job on my couches and hall carpet. Richie was prompt, courteous and neat. My furniture looks brand new and the carpet is spotless. I strongly recommend Five Star Carpet Cleaning!
