Introduction: We have certified and master instructors on staff. Our fully equipped studio offers group reformer class, group Pilates mat classes, one-on-one private instruction, and semi-private instruction. 24-hour online web scheduling is available. Our group classes run 7 days a week, so you have the freedom to fit it into your schedule. We also are Long Island's host site for Balanced Body Pilates instructor training courses. Our master, Tattiana Gandolfo is a faculty member for Balanced Body. Our clients love us because of our personalized attention, dedication, and continued support to help them reach their goals. If you have not tried Pilates, or have only tried Pilates mat, you must try the reformer class. We suggest the introductory class which is 55 minutes and teaches you the Pilates principals, beginner exercises, and equipment safety and setup. If you have special conditions or joint issues, then we suggest starting with a one-on-one introductory private session. Our studio is a professional, clean and warm space.

My abs have never looked better thanks to Gold Post Pilates. I am so much stronger in my core and my balance is really good too. I love training at the studio so much! The spaciousness and decor in it make it have a spa like atmosphere. The equipment is top notch too! Marilyn and Tattiana are wonderful!
