My favorite yoga teacher!! Gianna spreads kindness, love and compassion through her yoga classes. She balances a great mix of relaxation and power in her classes — She will challenge you to build your strength and she will invite relaxation and relief as well. Her yoga classes welcomes levels of all kinds! Gianna’s dedication to flow, breath work, and strength shakes hands with a good, sweaty meditation <3

We had wonderful time at our yoga session with Gianna. We stayed at a house in East Hampton for a birthday celebration. The process to schedule our private session was straight forward. We opted for a session for beginners yoga and relaxation. My entire group loved it and we finished relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely book again for our next special occasion in The Hamptons!

We can set up a consultation via phone or zoom to determine if we are a good fit. If not on long island or NYC— only offering virtual!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher in training, Reiki Level I practitioner, MiBSR meditation instructor, Womb Light Energy practitioner, BA in psychology, certified birth a postpartum doula, and 16 years as a competitive gymnast.
