I try to teach my students how or why something works, not just that it does. That is where comprehension starts.
I love math and science, and I enjoy helping people. I live for that moment when things click.

Daughter was very hesitant about getting tutoring help, but Michael is pretty laid back and is really helping her understand her geometry homework. Very good at getting her to figure it out with just some prompts if going the wrong direction. Highly recommend him.

Michael is an excellent tutor who really makes sure you're understanding the material he's assisting you with. He really makes you think in the process and suggests you say what think without fear of being wrong, because he's truly there to help. He is really flexible and works around your schedule, which for me is a awesome because I work full time and I go to college a couple times a week. I 100% recommend using his tutoring service because he is extremely knowledgeable and a great person. Thank you Michael for helping me with Math.

I am an adult student who had not taken a math class in over 30 years. I am in a inferential statistics class and was ready to drop the class when I found Mike. He is beyond fantastic. Within 4 one hour sessions I had a decent understanding of the material. He is patient and never makes you feel like you don't know what you're doing. He takes the time to learn how you learn and gears his teaching to the best method for you. He shares learning materials with you to help you when he isn't there. I cannot say enough positive things about him. I'm still in the class but with his guidance I feel very confident that I will pass. He got me through the first test with a A, something I never thought was possible. If you need help with any type of math Mike is your guy. You will not be disappointed.
