Erind and his team met my request on short notice with a positive attitude and did excellent work. The process- from the initial estimate to reviewing their work and providing payment- was swift and seamless. They managed to fix minor damage on the walls, trim, and window frames I commissioned them to paint, which was an added plus. I wouldn’t hesitate to rehire them again. Thanks!

The painting job Star Ship Builder was average at best, and he failed to address minor nail holes until I pointed them out. Additionally, he did not complete the work as promised. There were minor flaws and some major painting areas left unfinished, and although he reached out to schedule a follow-up day to address these issues, he never showed up and has not contacted me since. I’m very disappointed in how this situation was handled and would not use his services again. Politeness alone does not make up for the lack of reliability and attention to detail.

Hi Abby, I’m disappointed to read this, especially after going beyond the original scope of work. The price we agreed on was for minor imperfections , not a full skim coat of the walls. Despite that, I completed major plaster repairs, including around the hallway door, and caulked all baseboards and doors, none of which were included in the original quote. I’ll be posting photos of the extra work on my profile for reference. You wrote this review without rechecking on us at all to return . When I’m actively working and doing extra tasks beyond what was agreed to, I may not catch every small detail the same day ,but I always make time to come back and finish anything if the customer communicates. You mentioned you were very happy with the results, so I was surprised to see this posted two months later.
