FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price per visit should be understood by both parties. Visits to stores or Vet’s office are understood to be extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief phone interview. Followed by an in-house interview, scheduled as close as possible to the day we begin visits. This interview consists of 1. Getting to know the animals & them getting to know me. Very hands on, so that my scent will be all over them! 2. Filling out information that is basic, yet vital to help me know you & your pets, your household routine. 3. Obtain instructions on exactly how you want your pet’s needs met. We discuss payment amount and how/when payment will be made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We Show & Raise dogs & Ragdoll cats. I began when 18 years old; now my children & grandchildren show our pets! We were certified in animal CPR & First Aid
