FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the project, the amount of labor involved, access to the area, and the volume of debris or materials that need to be removed. I believe in fair and clear pricing with no surprises. If disposal, hauling, or extra labor is needed, I explain that upfront so the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding exactly what the customer needs. Then I review the project, ask the necessary questions, and provide a clear estimate. Once we agree on the scope, I schedule the job, complete the work carefully and efficiently, and make sure the area is left as clean as possible. Communication is important to me from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in demolition, clean-outs, property improvement, and general labor. I continue learning every day to improve my skills, safety practices, and the quality of service I provide. I believe experience, responsibility, and constant improvement are key in this type of work.
