We provide FREE onsite estimates, and LOVE meeting new customers. Covid 19 IMPRESSIVE CLEANING SERVICES We understand that this is a difficult time, but we are doing everything in our power to maintain the safety of both our cleaners and our clients. Before every job, the cleaners will be required to take the temperature and be wearing masks and gloves while working. We ask that you notify us if anybody in the home is sick. We also ask that you help us maintain proper social distancing of six feet if there are to be people in the house during the cleaning. Monica was extremely responsive and had Meri come first thing Monday morning. I am disabled and needed help desperately, She was here for 4 hour and my house looks beautiful and spotless again. The best 4 hours I’ve had in a long time. I hope to be able to have her come once a month.

Monica was really great to work with. She worked around my schedule and was extremely patient with me and the booking because of my crazy schedule!!... Gladys showed up early to do a deep cleaning and did a fantastic job.. Especially with two cats things get.. Hairy.. She did a fantastic job tackling the mess.. My husband and I were moving into a new apartment within a short time frame and needed someone to reduce the stress of the move in cleaning! Monica did all the fridge, drawers, oven, bathroom, shelves cleaning and more...while waiting for us stuck in traffic, Monica cleaned our 5 windows just because she had time and wanted to go extra mile for her customers! I wad very happy with the work she did and how responsive and professional she was during the booking process. She was on time, with a smile and seemed like she was cleaning her own home, she was that attentive!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rather than charging by the hour, we prefer to charge one fair price per job. Of course, all fees are negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First letting they know that I’m insured certified that I have very good references, and explain them how the cleaning is going to be, that at the end they are going to be satisfied with the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some colllege, my training is working 16 years in cleaning services.
