Introduction: Personal training is available in-person (your home/ anywhere your convenience e.g. park, community/home gym and online.
I focus on training core muscle, the foundation of the body which supports and controls whole body.
Without strong foundation, correct form in any exercise and sports and a good posture in daily life cannot be sustained. Sufficient core muscle strength supports you in right form which not only effectively burns more calories, but it also prevents injury.
It may sound difficult and complicated, but the training itself is simple and enjoyable.

Depend on your fitness level (from zero to up) and goal, I will design a program and help you build and/or strengthen the foundation so you will proceed to your next goal in gaining more strength, getting in shape, start new sports or something else.

•Heavy clubs (Agatsu club & mace certificate)
•light clubs AKA Indian clubs ( “ )
•Steel mace ( “ )
•TRX (TRX training)
Am also :
•Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® ( CSCS®)
•NASM Certified Personal Trainer
•Former kickboxer trained in Japan and fought in Japan and US (I can also give a kickboxing training upon request)
In-Person training : Available at your home or anywhere for your convince (park, community gym, etc) in New York City.
For other areas such as New Jersey, upstate NY, please ask.
Training with my exercise equipments and/or at community/home gym if accessible.
Online training : must have equipments if you would like to learn how to use them.
Body weight training is available online.
