After 2 minutes talking to Jayce, it was obvious he was the perfect fit for my needs. Casual, friendly yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
60% upfront - 40% when we're close to launch. Pricing is determined based off time-length & how soon the deadline is. I am very flexible with payments and offer a $50 discount for same-day deposits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients through the phone to learn more about you & your business. Building a solid relationship from the start is what I pride myself on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been creating real business websites since 2017 - became a marketer in 2018 - started my own business in 2019 with my brother - in 2021 I plan to open my second business.
