- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's simple and fair. I charge an average hourly rate. I provide all materials and I travel up to an hour from my home. I used what my clients like. I do not adjust my rates. You get what you pay for and I'm worth every penny :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. There are a lot of products out there. I like to clean everything by hand. I use the most common cleaners that are efficient yet effective. I listen to the likes and dislikes from my clients and make sure the results are satisfying ones.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first job was housekeeping at a motel. I hated it! Ha ha. I was 17 and lazy! Then marriage and kids and decades of retail. During my retail experiences, people always made comments that I should be a housekeeper. No matter my job, I was always cleaning and organizing. I finally took the initiative to find a housekeeping job, then another and another. Until I found myself leaving my retail job and doing housekeeping full speed.
