Introduction: We are a husband and wife team. We do our work as if we were working on our own home, we provide only the best materials and never ever cut corners. We have both worked in the field separately for corporate companies and know sometimes when job comes to a "PUSH" not everything is done correctly. We have a reputation that we'd like to keep as the best in our fields by former clients, and inspectors. The people. Weve had a lot of work done and only use RJC Electric, family and home safety is their is number #1. Weve had new wiring put for seperate circuits, and panel boxes, breakers and wiring twice due to flood destructions, ran wiring for our pool, and many other repairs weve needed over the past many years. Very professional and quality work....again with safety number one .....They are the best !

RJC came out to my home and as a single mom I had a very limited income. They worked with me and helped me resolve the electrical issue I was having which gave me a peace of mind I can not describe. Having electrical problems in your home is scary because it could lead to fire. Finding someone who would fix it at an affordable cost and were so friendly was truly a blessing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give our client the choice of hourly rate or flat fee but always use a hourly rate for troubleshooting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking on the phone, setting an appointment for an estimate if necessary. When arriving to complete work we always greet out clients pleasantly and provide a business card to make you feel safe and important. Then proceeding with electrical services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob had 32 years in the electrical field. He attended Edison technical in Rochester, NY, as well as IBEW certified. He has OSHA certification. He is also a NYS master electrician. Part of his resume had been with the city of Rochester and Southport corrections NYS DOC master electrician. Michelle was apprenticed and had been journeyman for 2 years and works under close supervision of Bob.
