Purchased my home a few years ago but after general repairs and renovations, I didn't have the budget to have minisplits installed. I was stuck with large, ugly window air conditioners. Fast forward 3 years, I was able to have 5 minisplits installed in my home by Imperial Cooling Inc. This was a huge, financial decision and I needed to be sure I was making the right choice. Krishna was able to provide me with multiple options that worked within my budget, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions (I had a lot of questions). Before any of the work began, Krishna took the time to give me a rundown of the installation process and was able to map out for me the placement of the units so that the project would come out as neat and clean as possible. I'm grateful he did because I'm very particular and have a little OCD (I think most of us do). His clean work ethics and attention to detail allowed him to knock this project out of the park. Also, I cannot stress enough that I felt very comfortable leaving him to do his work while I went about my day. Over the numerous renovations I've done on my house, choosing Imperial Cooling Inc was the best team I've ever worked with.

I am a homeowner and needed help with my central Ac and heating unit being installed on the second floor of my home. This company was highly recommended to me through a family member. I was working with a budget and a particular schedule seeing that I am a single mom and work six days a week. I am grateful that Krishna the owner was able to accommodate all my needs. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He surely left a lasting impression on me ,with the incredible work that was done at my home. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for an AC contractor, and will surely use them in the future, if needed again.
