Irv, is the bomb.com. Heard of his work via a friend and loved their results so I had to check him out. Pretty reasonable as far as private training and very attentive towards your progress. When I wanted a personal trainer I wanted someone I felt comfortable with and I can communicate with while transitioning towards a healthier lifestyle and he always delivered. Of course, he always had some supplemental readings( QLF articles) always knowledgable. Overall, if are willing to give it your all and go in full force with guts, Irving is the guy to go to.
