they came and fixed both my nest thermostat as well as my ring security. Kemar was fantastic in walking me through the requirement and looking for an alternative. My nest thermostat needed a C wire and he was able to identify a quick way to fix it through an alternate solution. I would highly recommend this team anyone looking for their solutions on HVAC and security systems and networking.

The two technicians that came were very knowledgeable on what to do. I had just finished a complete renovation on my entire apartment and opted for a built out wall to put in an electric fireplace and TV on top. Problem was a little thing called cable installation and the annoying cables that come with it. Smart Edge knew how to neatly cut into the wall and snake through to connect to the side outlets and Cable tower. They were neat and very considerate of my home. I would highly recommend using them! I have one more TV to put up and they are the team I’ll be using to do it!

I was in a jam and needed someone quickly to mount 3 tv’s. I contacted Smart Edgee and within minutes Kemar reached out. We set a time for a few hours later. He came with another worker, Ernest. On their way, they called to confirm and they arrived at the exact time scheduled. They were well dressed, made me feel safe, and did an excellent job mounting all 3 tv’s. They hid the wires, moved furniture, placed in the best location for me, sweeped and vacuumed following the job, and made sure I was happy with each tv. They spent time ensuring I felt the tv’s were leveled and they were simply very nice, professional, hard workers. The job was not easy, but there were no complaints and everything was done to perfection. They were appreciative of the business and I will use them again for any tv, security, odd job needs that come my way. They were very detailed and I’m very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend using Smart Edgee.
