My typical process for working with a new customer is to call them back as soon as possible. Find out what their wants and needs are. Maintain great communication from beginning to end and ensure the customers satisfaction.

I've been working in this field for many years. My training was acquired on the job where I was able to master my craft. I'm a contractor for major companies such as Walmart, Best Buy, Costco's and BJ's. I've worked for PC Richard's as well in my early days.
