Introduction
Hello! I teach yoga to help people discover themselves. As an instructor, I act as merely a guide to help people become their best selves.
I have been developing my personal practice for the last 8 years and have been teaching since I received my certification in January 2019. My prices may be more affordable than others in the hopes to increase accessibility and reduce barriers. I also hope to teach and get feedback that will allow me to become a better teacher.
Also, I am an Occupational Therapist and have lots of knowledge about anatomy and the body that helps when guiding and planning private yoga sessions. I am certified to teach both kids and adult yoga.
