This was our first time using Thumbtack. The service that we requested was to have someone come and set up our washing machine. Carlos was very professional very kind. Even after he finished the job he was hired for he took the time to look at other areas of our home that needs repairs and gave us an estimate of how much it will cost to repair. He was very comfortable to work with. And very respectful when communicating with us.
