We contacted Kahlil at Tkor solutions for our newly bought house, which the previous owners had lived in 25+ years prior to us. Kahlil helped us with mold in the basement after we discovered a leak, but the job soon expanded to upstairs as well to deal with a leak in the ceiling.
We would recommend him with no hesitation to anyone with a mold problem. Kahlil gave us a fair (and reasonable) price for the basement (his was the best bid of the three we solicited), and completed the work within the timeframe he had indicated to us (1 week). The expanded job upstairs took another week, which Kahlil also completed for us on time with a reasonable price. All throughout, Kahlil was open, communicative, and kept us up to date on the work that had to be done on the house. Due to the older state of the house, he also discovered more mold than anticipated, but graciously took care of it with no additional charge.
He is friendly, forthright, and explains clearly the extent of the issue, and any remediation that has to take place. He provides clear post-remediation instructions and free consultations to his customers, and we would absolutely have him remediate any mold problems we might encounter in the future.

I had TKOR Solutions (Kahlil) come in for an estimate on a mold/water damage issue in my house. I did not realize how far away he was so ultimately we did not hire. HOWEVER let me make it clear that he was amazing! He was so informative and answered every single question and was very realistic. He had a great demeanor and we felt very comfortable around him. If he wasn't over 60 miles away from our house we DEFINITELY would have hired him.

TKOR, and specifically Kahlil, showed stellar professionalism when addressing an inquiry for mold at my commercial establishment. As a small business owner, you can tell when someone is really trying to help you, not just take your money. He was honest, and showered me with extra advice to keep my problem from spreading. In all the contractors I have hired from thumbtack, Kahlil was by far the friendliest, and even took extra measures to ensure that I could contact him for further advice.

I would 100% recommend this company hands down!! Thank you Kahlil for your amazing work!! They were clear with everything. They did an amazing job the mold is completely gone from my home. We did a mold remediation project with Kahlil from TKOR, and he (with another gentleman) did a great job overall. At first, both of them came for a free estimate, and they gave us very reasonable price and also sent us a clear itemized estimate with all the specific jobs clearly listed. During the job, they performed the itemized jobs as promised, and cleaned up everything including the trash nicely. Overall, we were very happy with the job done by Kahlil, and we would give our highest recommendation to TKOR without any reservation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and in almost all instances, significantly lower than our competitors. We factor in the cost of our equipment, materials and the scope of each project to provide a reasonably low pricing. As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on providing all of our clients value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, the goal is to return a potential Client's property--whether owner or insurance company--back to the condition it was prior to the remediation, or facilitate the overall preservation of said property. This process can be as simple as a simple visit, chemical treatment with minor encapsulation or a demolition requiring process that requires containment and the dumping of hazardous materials. In all jobs, we strive to be minimally burdensome, clean, discrete professional and to expedite all Remediation and/or preservation tasks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We at TKOR Solutions are licensed for remediation by the New York State Department of Labor and perform all projects within and/or above the guidelines and requirements of the NYSDOL and the IICRC.
