Tim worked on remodeling our living room. He tore down a wall to make the living space an open concept, did repairs on the drywall, and then textured the walls and ceilings in the living room, kitchen, dining room and hall. He payed close attention to details, especially when fabricating the oak hand-crafted wood work for the top of the half wall and when he installed the beautiful post. He also took time out of his schedule to come on the weekend to assist with a gazebo we were building. He was able to get us started on it and he helped with the dimensional part of the structure and the placement of the posts. He then came back another day to help with the placement of the roof. He went above and beyond any other contractor I have worked with in the past.Tim shows excellence in the quality of work he has done for us. We would not hesitate to recommend him with any job at hand.

Tim and his assistant replaced our basement staircase. He was on time and worked neatly and quickly. Our new stairs are ready for some carpeting and best of all safe! We will be in contact with Tim for other jobs!!

I needed a new subfloor as well as installing laminate flooring. He came to my house was honest with his quote and once hired for the job started the project that same day. Tim was not only fast he did an amazing job I am so happy with my floors. I originally had Lowes coming to install but they were taking forever to have my floors installed ! Tim started on Thursday and was completely done by sat! I would highly recommend timothy sayers to anyone who is looking for a hardworking ,honest and reliable contractor!!!
